    Crunch time push. It will all pay off soon. I’m debating dropping my cals slightly the mast 4 weeks of my cut here. Below 2400 sounds so gross tho haha.

    Oh brother, the refeed was amazing!!!
    Cereal, bagels with strawberry jam, actual bread with my breakfast, Lenny’s and Larry cookie, even had some “healthy pizza”. Definitely feel much better today, other than the more frequent visits to the toilet.

    Good luck bro! As your first show, remember that you can’t control the judges or the people that show up. Everyone of us that wants to compete usually at some point made a reference to “beating” someone or whichever. Truth is, it took me about 7 years of competing to realize the truth of competing. You have your 1 and done guys that want to “beat” people, then you have guys, hopefully like you, that wants to beat yourself each year. 1st, 2nd, 3rd...No call out, just remember it’s your first show and you will grow in your offseason.

    Yeah man, Next Monday is what I’ll be considering “peak week”. That when I should know exactly what tweaks need to happen.
    Training will slow down, that will be my last leg day. Nutrition will change slightly, so really just trying I make it to Monday, then it’s ON!

    I fall into the category of one and done. Not really trying to beat anyone, just trying to prove to myself.
    That being said I know that some people only plan to do one show but once they get the taste for competition that can’t wait to do another one. So I’m not completely ruling out another competition. If I were to compete again it would probably be at the same show in the same class next year to see how much I can improve.
    I really appreciate you checking in. Thanks for the support brother, now I just gotta, show up, put up, and hopefully come home with some hardware.
