    I focused on squats, the sled, and leg extensions. I definitely still felt "dry and weak" due to this clen. I honestly had no idea how much that stuff dries you out. I don't know how people use it. I literally lost 30-35% of my strength within days and look very deflated. I lost like 4 pounds water weight in 2 days. Clen just isn't for me. I hit 6 sets of squats, 10 sets on the sled, and 3 sets on the leg extension.

    My workouts are usually longer and more exhausting, but again I'm getting back into the swing of things.

    I just had my first meal and it was 7 oz. dark meat chicken 3/4 Brown rice and 16.9 oz. water. Also, took 30 mgs tbol.

    Clen is a hit or miss with this issue. You should be good in the next two days. Thank God it wasn't a high dose. Knew someone who took 150mcg and he was so fucking sore it's like he was in a car accident. I seriously had to help him move around his house. It's just not for some people and he drank 120-150 oz of water.

    Do you think I look like I weigh less?

    I was using the GNC Mass Gainer. I was just trying to take in as many calories as possible. I don't believe it's in tune with what my goal should be at this point.

    Diet is my downfall. I like to enjoy food lol...
    I know how important it is and it's tough for me. So carbs in the AM and then none at night??? I know if I lost 2-3% bf and gained a little solid mass, I would look much better.

    Not being able to workout for five weeks took a toll on me. I ate like shit and right now I look like shit. Oh well, I'll get it back.

    Oh one more thing I forgot to note...

    I'm not sure if this is from the tbol yet, but I think it is.

    Last night I had an erection like I usually have when I'm on Cialis. I'm waiting on my Ron Jeremy's so I know it's not that.

    Also, it was a little harder to nut.

    Superdrol makes it impossible for me to nut. Well, not impossible, but...

    Anyone have Tbol do this to them?

    Last night I did a little "show muscle" (bis/tris/ and also threw in some rear delts) workout. I call it this and honestly, can't remember the last time I did it. I stick to mostly compound lifts for my workouts, but my leg day had my back sore, and I was my chest/shoulders were still a little sore, so I went it and hammered away at them.
    It was nice because I could jump from one to the other with supersets and had a really good pump.
    I received my Ron Jeremys. I took them and 30mgs Tbol pwo. I have to say my forearms looked like the were exploding.
    I'm happy so far and looking forward to when this Tbol starts to shine.
