    Had a decent leg and shoulder workout in but itwas lighter weights and higher reps.

    Leg extension
    6sets x15.
    75, 90, 90, 105, 105, 105

    Machine shoulder press
    6 sets x15
    65, 70, 95, 95, 110, 110

    Rope pelvic thrusts (forget the actual name)
    5sets x12
    45, 45, 45, 45, 60
    Superset with
    Shoulder band raises 5x12

    Shoulder shrugs 90x15x3sets 110x15x3sets

    Side dumbbell raises
    3sets 10lbsx12

    Got a good lift in yesterday and Sundayi went fora nice 35 minute bike ride

    Yesterday consisted of back and tri

    Hammer row x4 setsx10. 1plate and quarter

    Standing Over the tricep push4x10. 25lbs each hand, 30lbs each, 65lbs, 70lbs

    Medium grip lat cable pulldown
    4sets x12. 100. 120. 120. 140 Superset with
    Tricep v bar push. 30, 35, 35, 35
    4sets x12

    3sets of t bar row 45lbsx15. 30second rest

    High row 4sets x10 1plate and quarter, superset with
    Band tricep extensions x15

    Quad cables, 4 sets 30lbs
    Tricep pull x10
    Lat rope pulldown x10
    Over the head tricep extension x10
    Rope row x10

    Cable high row
    4sets x12
