    Nope, shit the bed. I pulled my groin even more in the beginning and had to suck it up all game. Had a nice comeback but then gave up a goal with 30 seconds left due to a stupid penalty we took.

    But I'll have a nice few weeks off to rest from that andget back tp the gym at least

    Cable tricep extensions

    Close grip lat pulldown ss. Reverse tricep extension

    Face pulls ss. Overhead tricep extension

    60x10. 50x12

    Machine cable lat pull down wide.
    100x12 x4

    Tricep kickback
    10x15. 15x12x3sets

    Not feeling great today and didn't take in many meals. I had nausea most of the morning so appetite intake suuuuucked.

    No idea man. It was random nausea though but my appetite is usually cut in the morning because I drink apple cider vinegar and water when I wake up. I think i might start switching it up to mid day when my appetite increases

    Damn one thing I can say is I never ever have appetite issues. I have digestion issues out the ass and they suck worse, but Iím always craving food haha. Even when I was eating 5500 I wanted more. I also do acv each morning. Shot in water and slam it down. Good for you for sure.

    My digestion is great appetite gets easily thrownoff but usually high. That's why I want the acv in the afternoon evening I think. I'm going to read intomore of best timing

    What's upbro, light legs and shoulders today. I got chest and bis yesterday and need to plug that info in. I was hitting heavier upperand lower body Monday through Wednesday then light upper and lower Thursday through Saturday, but now I'm goingto switch heavy and light leg/ shoulder day
