    So i have zero pip from the eq and test from yesterday. No soreness or anything of the sort.

    Ill be taking 1ml of the mast tonight in the delt to see how it feels

    So day after my 1ml mast shot i have very slight soreness. Honestly, almost feels like nothing at all. The first shot might of been fire hitting the glute, which hasn't been hit In awhile. Overall, so far so good

    I'm glad to hear man. Everything I've pinned from him has been smooth for the most part. Every once in a while I'll get some pip that feels a like I been punched in the arm

    It was even less then that. I tried to go slower and push for a dimple. When i was npp in the delts i always got lumps

    Morning guys

    Got a morning weight of 193 this morning. I'm looking to lean out and lose approximately 5 to 10 pounds on this cycle. I had a weird last 2 months of being lethargic due to the lower test and looking to change that. With that came piss poor diet. Good thing i have a personal chef (my gf) who will be cooking a lot of my foods mostly low carb options for dinner and higher for lunch. I'll be keeping protein at steady amounts through the day, usually at 30g increments. I'm also going to increase my vegetable intake till 3-5 servings and servings of fruits daily. I'm going to following a higher protein style DASH diet routine

    Today ill be getting a slight workout out in mostly stretching and bands. I'm also doing a 2 hour straight cardio session sport workout.

    5 to 10 pounds is definitely doable man. Nothing but simple sacrifices and a little hard work. Personal chefs aka GF's makes life easier when your busting your ass in the gym everyday. Keep up the great work bro

    Yea i hope so. I actually increased too 4 sets when the original plan was 3.

    Thanx dude. Trying something new. I'm pretty sure it's the dog crapp method, which i did years ago. Names of workouts just change depending on who writes it up
