Holy shit bro. Those are massive. What does your leg day at the gym consist of? You switch it up. Like high reps low weight or high volume. Trying to build mine up and running out of routines.

Here's my typical quad routine. Just basic, compound movements done in pyramid fashion and in the 8-12 rep range. I've been doing this type of training for 25+ years.

    Leg Extensions (warm-up)
    4 sets of 15 w/60lbs

    Barbell Squats
    135lbs x 12
    225lbs x 10
    275lbs x 10
    315lbs x 10
    365lbs x 8
    385lbs x 8

    Hack Squat (close v-stance)
    225lbs x 12
    315lbs x 10
    365lbs x 8
    385lbs x 8

    Sumo Squats (FreeMotion Squat Machine)
    300lbs x 12
    320lbs x 12
    340lbs x 12
    360lbs x 12

Thanks, fellas! I used to be a skinny kid with bird legs in my teens. When I first started training I used to hate training legs (but I did it anyway) until one day I started to notice that things were changing and they were finally starting to grow. Ever since then they have been my favorite body part to train.
