    Favorite mass exercises

What is up m&s just wondering what everyone's favorite exercise for mass or just in general.
This week for me was arm day I was supersetting over head cables for triceps and straight to some 21z for the guns hahahah.

    Dips, chins, deads, and squats.

Slow, but explosive with a strong contraction.

I love all compound movements and I'm a firm believer in progressive overload

Definitely compound movements with emphasis on heavy “controlled” weight. But lite for the accessory movements with emphasis on the squeeze. I still like to hit one set of high rep to get both short and long twitch fibers as well and I moves those around in my sets. Sometimes as my warmup to a big lift or a burnout after the heavy stuff

For me heavy shit low reps, 10 8 6.... and don’t forget it’s got to be heavy lol. Always get the muscles you’re working warm first though.
