Lately Ive just been dumping stuff in my small blender and seeing what happens. The past month ive been using cottage cheese, plain greek yogurt, half a banana, blueberries, and then grape juice. The grape juice over powers all of that. You have no clue you are drinking cottage cheese..lol. I dont count macros, I just know im getting about 15 ****s of protein and probably 40-50 ****s of carbs. Then as soon I drink that I make a real meal, normally a burger and rice or salmon and rice. I don't even use protein powder anymore, got some on the counter but I might only take a scoop twice a week.

Hahahaha. I've never heard of that shit. I eat it all just the way you see it but I have been known to make some pretty nasty shakes in my day. In the end, I don't usually care what it tastes like. It's all just nutrients my body needs so fuck it. By far the worst shake to date was spinach, kale, mixed frozen fruit, oats, peanut butter and some Nutella flavored whey.

Then make 1 cup oats with 7oz carbmaster milk cooked then add in scoop and half of protein and cinnamon/stevia. Let that sit in fridge for hour and half to get cold then smash.

Ooih man, that does sound rank , I love the green smoothie thing (just got another Magic Bullet to do so )

They can be made very , very tasteful banana/frozen Mango etc to mask the green's (I like dandelion greens & a mixture of other greens baby spinach etc.)

I downloaded a link from.a gal & their are PDF's on good / with good variety like 300 some all various .

    Good stuff tho,

With Kale it has to be macerated real good

I like a Kale stewed tomatoes Italian sausage /with pieces of potatoes & celery onion etc soup

    Very good.

I tried putting tuna in the blender and I about puked. Nothing over powers that taste at all. I even tried canned chicken breast in the blender with a strong grape juice and it was nasty.

Haha. Fucking gross. I can't say I've ever used tuna in the blender. I have mixed up tons of shit with tuna but that seems just too much for me.

I make this taco meat and rice concoction, lots of jalopenos and salsa with a large kale and spinach salad. Super tasty and good for ya. It is also my most calorie dense meal of the day.

Iíve been doing the Redcon1 MRE blueberry cobbler , i was hesitant because of the beef, salmon , and chicken protein profile, but itís amazing, it tastes like somebody smashed up a blueberry muffen and blended it.
