    How to fix strength and size on left side

    My left arm is an inch smaller than right.. I can also see size differences in chest and back. How is the best way to catch up size and strength?

    I’d Just add in some extra sets during unilateral lifts. So if doing 3 sets for arm lifts. Hit a fourth for your weak side on each lift. I wouldn’t do less weight on your strong side. You’re not trying to bring it down.

    Are you left or right dominant?

    Also, out of curiosity ... have you ever had a neck or back injury?

    Sometimes there can be nerve impingement affecting the area. I know because I have had a serious back injury and have nerve damage that causes one of my calves to have atrophy.

    I am right hand dominant! Good question on injury history I had very loose/unstable labrum joint on right shoulder but weird thing my right shoulder looks a lot bigger especially rear delt

    Well then, it's a head scratcher for sure.

    Best thing is to try what Fit mentioned and see if you get any results. If you dont, then maybe a visit to the doc is in order.
