    Today was a little better. I took it easy yesterday and just stretched and did some cardio. I'll be working late today so I might only get chest in but that's better than nothing.

    Hell I don't think I've done a good stretch in a long time now lol. I usually do about 5 minutes before, maybe a little during and about 5 minutes after. I did full body stretching for almost 30 minutes yesterday and it felt amazing

    I've just been back on my TRT for a few weeks but damn does it suck to be this sure lol. I couldn't even bring myself to do the leg routine today. I can barely walk around today without my calves cramping and getting all knotted up. Looks like I'm gonna be on that every other day thing for a little bit longer

    Calves are feeling much better this morning. I think I'll give them another day break before I hit legs so I'll pick the chest routine today.

    I did a 2 week deload and didn't feel sore at all so I fooled myself into thinking it wouldn't be so bad. I was wrong lol.
