    Thanks guys. My freaking ulnar nerve on my right arm has been bothering me. I used to fight and grapple for the better part of about 15 years and I had my ulnar nerve damaged during a tournament. Now when I really get a good pump going and everything is swelling the nerve feels stretched and just tight. Almost every time I work arms now it gets worse. I do light physical therapy on it and I use the RICE protocol when I can but nothing really helps. I might have to go see the doc soon. This is fucking with me mentally because I'm concerned about being out of the game if I need surgery. That would just wreck me if I couldnt lift.
