    Just saw the news in a diff thread. Heal up bro!! I just got done with antibiotics myself for some stomach issues which I thought had helped but my digestion issues seem to be coming back. So not sure what will be next. Appt with the doc isnít for a month.

    Well since I'm 80% upper body for the next few weeks, I got in some arms and shoulders today

    All exercises performed at 4x10 except for dips which were 4 max sets

    Standing Alt Db Curls
    35lb

    Seated Alt Hammer Curls
    35lb

    Ez Bar curls w/ 15lb resistance band on bar
    65lb

    Tricep Pushdowns resistance band

    Alt Tricep Kickouts
    30lb

    Dips

    Shoulder Raises front
    45lb plate

    Db Shoulder Raises sides
    25lb

    Shoulder Raises rear
    70lb

    Forearm Curls
    35lb db

    Reverse forearm curls

    I dont typically do early days but I took the week off from work to let this hole in my waist heal so I've been getting swole and getting pussy before noon a couple of times this week!

    Oi oi!!! What's up Fit? I'm good as good can be bro. Antibiotics did their job thus far and the cut is healed from where the boil was lanced. No pain or discomfort. I slammed legs yesterday, just forgot to update the thread. Then did a repeat of Fridays chest and Tri workout today but added some fillers because I felt like I didnt do the workout much justice that early in the morning lol.
