    Morning all, got my 25mins fasted cardio completed along with some rubber band work for my shoulder....now off to work and the gym later for some back

    Wide grip lat pulls
    Close grip lat pulls
    Close grip seated row
    Plate loaded mid row
    Plate loaded high row
    Single arm lat pulls

    Rear Delts:

    Rope pulls
    Seated reverse DB fly's

    Didn't want to push the shoulder much more tonight so called it quits there...tomorrow morning fasted cardio and hopefully some chest and shoulder work if my shoulders cooperate.

    Very smooth stuff!! The mast is kicking in, there is some added vascularity this week. Iíll be pullin labs soon to see potency of the test. Iíve had no drop off after switching to GC test so I expect itíll test out fine.

    Hammer strength press
    Cable crossovers
    Standing DB fly's

    Shoulders:

    Internal rotation
    External rotation
    Lateral machine fly's

    Calves: (5x20)

    Seated calf raise machine

    I'm guessing my shoulder will not be happy with me tomorrow...or both for that matter lol. In the morning its Quads and Abs!!!

    Quads:

    Leg extensions
    Squat
    Leg press
    Single leg extensions
    Adductor
    Abductor

    Abs: (3 round super set)

    Decline sit ups
    Weighted crunch machine
    Cable twists
    Hanging leg raise

    Holding some water today and think its estro related so gonna go ahead an pull labs tomorrow and see where things are and adjust accordingly. Down a few lbs and pics looked worse with nothing else changed so bloods are in order.
