    Completed DNP Cut with Before & After Pics

    Going for a hard cut down to around 220lbs. TDEE is 3,300 kcals and I'm shooting for around 2,200 per day from clean foods. Once this is over I will reverse diet to a 20% deficit and cut until I'm happy with the mirror. Next blast will be in the summer with test & deca. I started this cut a month and a half ago by cleaning up my diet at 247lbs 16%bf (calipers). My max before cutting was 505 deadlift, 485 squat, and 385 bench. I'll be lifting working sets of 8 to 12 as heavy as I can through this. After this cut I'm going to start Gama Bomb by John Meadows.

    PED'S- 100mg test c every 3.5 days, 2◊2iu gh daily (~3months)
    Supps- 50mg p5p, potassium 99mg, magnesium (natural calm 4tsp), Valerian root

    First day
    Weight- didn't take it
    Dose- 200mg 11am with meal 1
    Diet- 2257kcal, 149C, 63F, 226P
    Exercise- Back and biceps- went pretty hard. Only did 1/2 mile jogging at 5mph after workout. Usually warm up with 1 mile @~9mile/min. I'm cutting back on workout intensity in anticipation of feeling like shit.
    Notes: Felt a weird rush ~20mins after taking first dose. Feeling anxious and fidgety. Not sure if it's because nerves or dnp. Everything I've read says I'll feel like shit, but I guess I'll find out.

    Weight- 233.6
    Dose- 200mg 10am with meal 1
    Diet- 2962kcal, 119C, 116F, 338P
    (Ended up eating 1/2 a rotisserie chicken from costco)
    Exercise- Rest day
    Notes- Same weird rush ~20mins after ingestion. Sweating a lot more today than normal. 91į and 100% humidity here. Short walks outside and my armpits, stomach, and back are wet through my dress shirt.

    Weight- 232.3
    Dose- 200mg 10am with meal 1
    Diet- 2170kcal, 151C, 67F, 221P
    Exercise- Chest and triceps ~30 working sets. Jogged 1/2 mile @5mph.
    Notes- Down in weight despite the rotisserie. Sleep has been great and overall I've felt fine. I do feel weird for a few hours after ingestion where I have a hard time concentrating.

    Weight- 230.7
    Dose- 200mg 10am with meal 1
    Diet- 2181kcal, 146C, 72F, 215P
    Exercise- Good shoulder and bicep work ~30 working sets and same slow jog.
    Notes- Nothing different. A little more sweaty than usual, but nothing crazy. By evening time I don't even feel like I've taken anything. Workouts have been going strong and I definitely am looking more cut in the mirror. My face looks significantly thinner too. Going to up it to 2x200mg spaced by ~6 hours tomorrow.

    Dose- 200mg at 830am with meal 1, 200mg at 230pm with meal 3
    Diet- ~3200kcal 264C, 108F, 255P (dinner was 3 sushi rolls and chicken habachi)
    Exercise- No cardio 18 working sets for legs
    Notes- Felt fine for first dose and happy to see below 230 on the scale too. Second dose had me much hotter, definitely felt it today. I sweated a lot in the gym and am radiating more heat resting. Ended up with a headache before bed. Not sure if dnp related or the late cheat meal.

    Dose- 200mg at 10am with meal 1, 200mg at 4pm with meal 3
    Diet- 2,295kcal, 135C, 73F, 236P (ate 6 pizza hut wings)
    Exercise- Jogged 2 miles
    Notes- Weight went up because of the Japanese food I had last night. I'm always looser with my diet on the weekends and I expect to drop into the upper 220's this week.

    Dose- 200 mg with meal 1 at 10am, 200mg with meal 3 at 330pm
    Diet- 2874kcal, 188C, 86F, 238P (ate a chicken and rice bowl from moes)
    Exercise- Rest day
    Notes- Felt considerably hot today. I gave in and had Moe's, wish I hadn't though. Wasn't even that good.

    Dose- 200mg with meal 1 at 10am, 200mg with meal 3 at 330pm
    Diet- 2020kcals, 120C, 67F, 211P
    Exercise- Back and biceps ~30 working sets. 5mph 1/2 mile jog

    Dose- 200mg with meal 1 at 10am, 200mg with meal 3 at 4pm
    Diet- 2,130kcal, 130C, 66F, 231P
    Exercise- ~30 working sets & short jog
    Notes- Happy with my weight. I forgot to add Greek yogurt to my post shake so my macros were under yesterday. Not sure if I'm going to do 10 days or extend it up to 14 yet. Aside from feeling hotter, sweating a bit more, and coloured urine I'm not noticing many side effects @400mg per day. So after writing that, I started feeling pretty bad around 2pm. Tomorrow is day 10 and I'm considering making that the last day.
    8/16 (Day 10)
    Weight- 226.1
    Dose- 200mg with meal 1 at 10am
    Diet- 2,354kcal, 134C, 81F, 227P
    Exercise- Rest day
    Notes- Made today the last day. Felt like complete shit all day. Super hot and mentally fogged. Going to watch my diet over the next two weeks to prevent any rebound.

    Exercise- 2 mile jog 11am, legs ~20 working sets 9pm
    Notes- Feel much better today. I look deflated in the mirror though.

    Exercise- Ran 1 mile @ 6.5mph ~18 working sets for shoulders/triceps
    Notes- Really noticed the weight loss in my pelvic area. Feeling good overall.

    It was a very successful cut and almost a month after I'm sitting at 225 with my lower abs still showing. I feel good and will likely run it again a few months down the line.

    Good job dude youre definetly makin some progress. Bodyweight steadily dropping you definetly seem to understand your macros. Have you bulked in the summer months before?

    This is the first time I've gotten a grip on my diet. I was on an eternal bulk before this lol.. I ate a ton of junk food. I was on gear and not seeing results, so I figured it was now or never to fix my diet. It's been about 3 months and I've seen more results than I did in the entire 6 years I've been lifting.

    DNP is best tolerated in fall and winter months and the stuff imo is awesome

    Ran 21 days went up to 600mg

    Will say this

    All else being equal (outdoor/indoor temp), exertion etc....the more carbs you eat the more I sweat

    Went low for me (150 a day) and besides being outside in my boxers on the porch in March and sleeping w window open (adjustments) the sweating was not bad at all. Became flat and weaker but for 3 weeks for the amount of leanness I attained was definitely worth it

    Did moderate 20min HIIT cardio in am on caffeine and muscles filled back out 5-7 days after last DNP . Ran Test n Tren mod dose throughout

    Would not Eva run this during summer or even 80 degree temps

    Damn man... at day 10 I felt like complete shit. I was sweating through my dress shirt in an air conditioned office. 21 days must have been brutal. Next run I'm going to try for 14 days. You think 600mg is worth it rather than 400mg?

    Itís very individual and how u tolerate it

    I was up at 600mg for like 5-6 days and donít underestimate it was winter and I ate low carbs
    Those two factors made the DNP exerience easy.
    Slept w window open in winter ! If I didnít do these things I would of been unhappy

    Your body canít even ďprocessĒ
    Carbs so eat them and ohhh u sweat

    My carb sources were Ezekiel bread and some oatmeal

    Some ppl say eat more carbs , nah this worked for me pretty damn good. Drink tons of fluids w electrolytes
