    It's been bat shit crazy for me for the whole week but I have been grinding even though I haven't done well at posting up.

    I'm going to have to kick my ass in gear.

    On a lighter note, I felt I was getting a little thick in the middle so I cut my carbs in half and I have dropped 10 lbs in the last week so I am sitting at 226 as of today.
    Only draw back is that even though it comes off the gut, it is slightly noticeable in areas I don't want it coming off lol.
    But I do feel better at a lighter weight so there's that.

    As long as I don't go reverse ...I'm good with holding for a while.

    Today was shoulders and I decided to try a little different approach.

    I combined three exercises into 1 set and not only did I get a burn from it but I went to failure only 3/4 of the way through what I can normally do when just hitting each exercise by individually.

    So the 3 I combined where front laterals, side Laterals and shrugs.

    So for example, starting out with 15lb dumbells , I alternate front lateral and side lateral til finished with the set. No rest and move right to 50lb dumbells for shrugs.
    Take a 30 second rest and move to the next set with 20lb dumbells for front and side Laterals and 60lb dumbells for shrugs.
    Continue with 25, 30, 35 , 40 and 45s for front and side Laterals and 60, 70 , 80, 90 and 100 pounders for shrugs.
    Rinse and repeat and make it drop sets.
    Shit felt like my delts were on fire lol.

    Only other exercises I could tolerate were rear delts on Pec deck and shoulder press in the MTS machine because at that point my shoulders were spent and was having trouble with balance so I stayed away from dumbells and the bar at that point.
    Side note: I was able to get 280 on the shoulder press in the MTS machine so not bad.
