    Reach My Max Pump - Diet, Supps, Gear advice

    I have been wondering:

    When it comes to building mass, keeping lean, having mass & keeping lean - how do you get the best blood flow for your pumps?

    Diet, Supplements, Specific Gear - I know when I am low on calories, I go flat. Or I get a poof with a nice pre workout, recently I have made an order with AOL. Test, Tren, Mast in a blend they have.

    I am 29

    5'11

    225lbs

    12% Body Fat

    Struggle with minor water retention, which takes away from my vascularity and pump effects. Even when I am at my best, it feels like I could have a bigger pump.

    What foods, supplements, or gear do you recommend that will have my vascularity and pumps go through the roof? - also, how is the best way to maintain your pump coming out of the gym?

    I take Anavar and Cialis. Gives me nice vascularity and a nasty pump. I’m eating low calories and lose the pump when I’m depleted. The only times I keep the pumps are on a carb-up day when I’ve got extra fuel. Have you had your estradiol tested to see if that’s why you’re retaining water?

    We have a source called aminos unlimited and they have something called hulk smash. It would definitely be something worth trying out in my opinion.

    I had a chance to see the Hulk Smash, and it was really interesting - I have never tried something like that before - How much do you usually take of it as an injectable?

    Thanks a lot for the advice, and I plan on having my blood tested before taking the AO supps. I have not been tested for a little over 2 years

    Definetly sounds like your mix could get that pump flowing for sure!

    If you're constantly retaining water no matter your diet, I would get bloods done to check for higher estro and higher sodium. Both of which will equate to more water retention and bloating. You may just have naturally higher estrogen. Nothing wrong with that, just add a small dose aromatase inhibitor and regulate your estro. As for "the pump" dont chase the pump bro. Use aminos from a blend or from something like Hulk Smash. Arginine and NO are your best friends for vascularity. The key to the pump is getting as much blood as possible into the muscle in quick succession then keeping it there. Add small pumps to your hinge style lifts and you'll be pumping more blood into the muscle than you can handle. Example. Quad kickouts. Do a full kickout, at the top rest 2 seconds then let the weight down slightly, about 30 to 45 and give 2 to 3 small kicks, then slowly let the weight back down to rest. That's a rep. You can easily do that with every hinging exercise and get an amazing pump fast!

    Really nice piece of information - truly appreciate that

    Now the question is there, I will need to get my blood tested and check out the estro.

    Hopefully, when I am on AO's stuff, it will consolate a lot of my water and excess body fat levels.

    Overall, I have a very wide physique but slim waist, it is the lower back that can get the water, or the back of my triceps - weird

    Heavy cardio usually does the trick with a sweat shirt on - but everyday makes it a pain in the ass on energy levels.

    Ok..... I will not chase the pump lol, but it is a great feeling to have - not to mention the beach glares from the spectators :P

    I will put some thought into the rep management - I do a lot of compound movements and multiple muscle group sets - I have been told in the past that this is a poor way to build the blood flow fully to a single muscle group. Makes more blood flow (Bodybuilding)... Crossfit is a big part of my athleitc background

    I just took 1cc before a workout and it worked good for me. I’m sure others have tried it at different amounts, but 1cc was good for me.

    A lot of the mods and vets here have tried Hulk Smash and a few others from amino and they love them. I ordered some this weekend to try for the first time. JTip also says 1ml is g2g and does just fine. I guess you're supposed to split it bilaterally to the muscle group you intend to work. So .5ml in each bicep or whatever.

    The blend seems like a NO builder dream come true, and to have it in a pure form like that right into the muscles must give a great kick!

    Like Arnold said, the pump is better than an organism haha

    Oh I'll definitely let you know. If nothing else, you could always get some Tren base lol. I dont know your history with AAS but Tren Base will fire you up like nothing else out there.

    all are great,for me a simple Viagra and I have to be careful not to hurt myself bc I don't wanna stop. When I'm finished I can hardly touch my neck I'm so tight

    Anavar is great I've also heard Viagra pre workout gives you insane pumps I know for me 10iu of humulin r and 4 iu of growth pre workout and a carbion shake with 100g of carbs to sip on through the workout keeps me pumped up for 4 or 5 hours after leaving the gym.
