    Wanted to do cardio but I’m spent.

    Just realized I never listed my gearz! Don’t let me slack, fellas!

    I’m running a mix of sources at the moment and not too sure how long of a run I’m going to do. Kinda would like to try something different going into the winter.

    BGS Test Cyp- 250mg (125 twice a week)
    AP Tren Ace- 100mg EOD
    Envision’s Anavar- 50mg every morning
    Kai’s Proviron- 50mg every day
    Kai’s Cialis- 20mg ED or EOD
    Kai’s Aromasin- 25mg EOD

    I’ve got a lot of stuff in my stash. Was running test prop but went back to Cyp when my acne flared up. Need to pull labs on the AI since I upped the dose. Seems to be helping my acne problems, though.

    Haven’t found a bad one yet! I am considering trying a bulk of some sort. Been on a perma-cut for so long it can’t be healthy. If I’m going to do a Meadows pro. I’ll need more calories and maybe try some diff compounds. Just don’t want to get fatter! Lmao

    If you want to try a full meadows pro**** and to keep weight I would just move my calories from cut to maintenance calories. You may need a little something for the energy so maybe plan your carbs to during or after your workout. I wouldn't go straight into bulk calories until you see how you're doing a few weeks into the pro****

    Morning everyone. Had a forced off day yesterday...wife worked late and I have a sick kid. Calories were 2,900 Fat=54%, protein=25%, carbs=21% (had a little cheat)
    water=1gallon

    Half-ass back gains today at lunch…got called back in to work.

    Dumbell pullovers: 50lbs x 25 for 4 sets. Just concentrating on a nice deep stretch.

    Pullups: 50. Did 10 on my own then went assisted with very little rest. Tried to push a lot of blood in them lats.

    Meadow’s rows: 40lbs x 20 each side for a warm up. 80lbs for 10, 90lbs for 8, 100lbs for 6 dropset to 75lbs until failure.

    Smith machine rows: 225lbs(or the smith equivalent) 10 reps for 3 sets. Explode up to a hold and slow release down.

    Cable V grip pull downs. Did some warm ups to find a weight I could only do 5 clean reps with and did 4 working sets.

    Had to go back to work so I couldn’t finish. Was wanting to some rack pulls and some more cable work.
    I’ll update calories later on. No fucking candy, Samson!

    I picked up some Karbolyn today to add with my bcaa intraworkout. Only using half a scoop, so 25g of carbs. Think I’ll start with that and see if I can stay in ketosis.

    Morning everyone! Halloween was a success! Both of my princesses had a blast even though the youngest still felt bad. Those kids are what it’s all about...seeing them happy flushes away all the bullshit. I gotta say, I did the makeup for my youngest and I crushed that shit, she looked badass! Not a single piece of candy for me! The temptation was hardcore especially when they try to bribe me with candy so they can have more! Lmao!

    Calories for yesterday=2,018
    Fat=66%, Protein=28%, Carbs=6%
    Water= 1 1/2 gallons
    Started taking Karbolyn during my workouts (25g of carbs).

    Morning, fellas. Yesterday’s calories were 3,203
    Fat=69%, Protein=21%, Carbs=10%

    I tried to up my calories because I have felt like complete shit here lately. I got ready to go to the gym last night and just couldn’t make myself go. My blood cell counts were either high or on the high side of the normal range on my labs. I’m going to find somewhere to donate blood today. Hopefully that is the problem.
