Back/Traps/Cardio
Rack pulls: 225x15, 315x12, 405x8x5
Smith bent over rows: 315x10x4
Wide grip pulldowns: 200x8x4 DS 150x8 and 100 to failure.
Cable mid rows: 150x15x4
Plate loaded shrug machine: 315 to failure for 5 sets, then dropped plates to failure.
Cardio: Elliptical for 15min

Been a rough couple of days, fellas. Work has been stupid. The water dept. informed my wife that we may have a leak. It seems we’ve only used 82,000 gallons of water this month! Got that fucker fixed last night. Tired is an understatement.

Cable concentration curls
Giant Set: Rope press-downs, V grip press-downs, DB kick backs.
SS: Over head cable press, reverse press downs.
