    Morning, guys. I’ve had a couple of rest days from the gym. Been keeping the calories lower for now. The shoulder sucks. I didn’t sleep for shit last night. I’m going to start concentrating on abs and cardio with some light weight pulling. The push is what aggravates it the most. They are calling for snow and ice here this weekend which, likely, means I’ll have to work all weekend

    If you can get away with pulls go for it but careful when doing anything above your head like lat pulls. I couldn't do any of that without issues but seated rows were fine.

    Happy Saturday, fellas!
    I skipped the gym again yesterday. I can come up with a hundred excuses but the truth is my shoulder hurting has me feeling sorry for myself. It’ll pass. The plan is to try and kill myself with cardio today.

    I've been keeping the cals lower since I been playing hooky. This high protein, higher carb, low fat has me leaning out like crazy! I guess my body is in shock!

    I weighed in at 259.0 Guys, I haven’t seen the 250’s in a long fucking time! Now, I’m not concerned with the scale...but that made me happy.

    Should be getting my last Dexa scan for the year next week. I’m anxious to see how I did in ‘18. That’ll give me something to beat next year!

    Hate to hear that about the shoulder man...I really do feel your pain and frustration. If it comes down to it I hope you get a good doc that will do some out of the box treatments and doesn't just push surgery. I am glad to hear that diet change has shaken things up in a good way though.

    Thanks, jtip! I have a habit of going through specialists until I find just the right one. They are going to have to be open minded. Any type of surgery will absolutely be the last option.
