    Thursday gains=Back

    Deadlifts (conventional): 135x a bunch, 225x10x2, 315x8x2, 405x4x5

    Dumbbell rows: 100x10x3

    Low Rows(plate loaded machine) 2 45s each side x 10x3

    High rows(plate loaded machine) 2 45s each side x 10x3

    Shrugs(plate loaded machine) 3 45s each side x10x3 dropped a 45 off each side after last set and burned em out.

    Felt good to get in the gym but now I’m exhausted. Hell, I was exhausted after the deads. Time to eat and crash.

    Calories at 1,641...until I eat supper.
    63%fat, 19%protein, and 18%carbs
    1 1/2 gal water
