Back/Rear Delts/Cardio
Still going light weight, high volume.
Pull-ups: BW to failure 3 sets, Band assisted to failure 4 sets.
DB rows: 90x15x4
Cable rows: D ring singles, 160x10x4
Cable pulldowns: 180x12x4
Cable pullovers: 10x4...can’t remember the weight
Face pulls: 140 to failure, then worked my way down knocking 20lbs off each set.
Cardio: elliptical 17min

Shoulders tonight. Tried testing the right side(without getting stupid), kept it light with high reps.
DB lateral raises: worked up to 50x10x4 with a drop set 35 to failure. I’d say 9 or more sets including warmups.
Smith Military Press: 225x12x5
DB Front raises: 30x12x4(neutral grip) 20x12x4(pronated grip).
Cable lateral raise: this one hurt the right side. The left side paid for me being pissed. Didn’t even count, just hammered ol lefty.
DB Shrugs: 90x30x1, 120x15x5.
Everything feels normal, no new pain as of now. I’ll see how it does when I try to sleep.
