So glad this holiday is over! Everyone has finally gone home. I ate too much, watched too much football, and drank too little! Ha!

Got a chest session in today. Light weight, high volume.

    Smith Guillotine press
    Smith incline
    Cable crossovers high pulley
    Cable crossovers low pulley

Morning, guys. I crashed last night before I had a chance to log.

    Back/Rear Delts/Cardio
Still going light weight, high volume.

Pull-ups: BW to failure 3 sets, Band assisted to failure 4 sets.

    DB rows: 90x15x4

Cable rows: D ring singles, 160x10x4

    Cable pulldowns: 180x12x4

Cable pullovers: 10x4...can’t remember the weight

Face pulls: 140 to failure, then worked my way down knocking 20lbs off each set.

    Cardio: elliptical 17min

It's a great all around back builder. I try to focus on pulling up with the back of my elbows, almost like pulling your elbows into your hips

Shoulders tonight. Tried testing the right side(without getting stupid), kept it light with high reps.

DB lateral raises: worked up to 50x10x4 with a drop set 35 to failure. Iíd say 9 or more sets including warmups.

    Smith Military Press: 225x12x5

DB Front raises: 30x12x4(neutral grip) 20x12x4(pronated grip).

Cable lateral raise: this one hurt the right side. The left side paid for me being pissed. Didnít even count, just hammered ol lefty.

    DB Shrugs: 90x30x1, 120x15x5.

Everything feels normal, no new pain as of now. Iíll see how it does when I try to sleep.

Iíll try that. I always use my Cobra Grips and leave my thumb and pointer finger straight. It engages my lats and removes the forearms and biceps out of the lift. That has made my back twice as strong as this time last year.
