    Went to the doc this morning. Had some blood pulled for their tests. Got myself an MRI ordered up for both shoulders. Hopefully I can get in for the scans quick. Should know more soon.

    Rest day from the gym tonight and tomorrow. Going to do stuff with my girls.

    Meal Plan Macros:
    2,644 calories
    protein 335g
    carbs 152g
    fat 62g
    *This is not including all my veggies. I’m eating spinach leaves, broccoli, asparagus, and cucumber.
    -2 gallons of water everyday. 1 fresh, 1 with 3 scoops BCAA in it.
    -Black coffee is at least 56oz everyday or someone dies!

    Morning, fellas. Another rest day today. Last night was nice. The wife and I did our mid week meal preps. 30 meals plus extras in the freezer and a clean kitchen before bed. Mama was happy...that worked in my favor

    Yeah, my shoulder is feeling better so I thought I’d better rest more. If not, I’ll do something stupid. It’s hard to train without lifting above my chest. It ain’t ego...I just wanna lift shit! Lmao

    That’s what just happened with me over the last few weeks! I’m not doing it again. Just going to stick with ROM and very light push work. I mean the weights from the lady rack kinda light! The more I move it, the better if feels. I just can’t go stupid again! Hopefully I can get in for these MRIs soon.

    Oh man I know how you feel lol. My big ass with 20lb DB's was a funny site in my head so I know everyone else was looking at me like WTF. Try doing some cable work on the rotator internal/external rotation. Not heavy at all your going for burn so super set them and see how that feels. It was a major part of my recovery and now my maintenance.

    I’ve been using bands but the cable crossover seems like it would be better. Hard to find places to attach the bands sometimes. Thanks for the advise!
