Careful man, I would skip chest and go with another body part.

You think so? How long do you think I should stay away from push movements? I’d probably have to stay away from high pull movements too.

Went that route the first time before the MRI and was doing the first round of therapy. Didnít work for me because I had 2 tears so lifting wouldnít allow any healing. Remember these docs have no idea how to train so they donít realize what your putting that shoulder through on a weekly basis. I hated waiting and lost some mass and got fat but Iím better off now other than still being fat lol.

You’re right, it would be best to let it rest longer. I’m having trouble figuring out what to train that won’t put any added strain on it. Can’t do legs everyday...mentally

Pulling motions didnít bother me so I did a split with back one day then legs hamstrings one day and quads one day and a day abs and calves with cardio mixed that was my routine for a while.

Really, the only motion that aggravates it is alternating dumbbell curls.

    Made some gains today...

jtip talked me out of chest, so I did arms

    Bicep/Tricep supersets
*This first one I call a fuck you set, cause when you’re done that’s about all you can say.
Alt DB curls 50 to failure, dropset to 30 to failure, then jump into skull crushers 100 to failure, dropset to 70 to failure. 4 rounds 60sec rest.

DB hammer curls SS with seated overhead tricep extensions on the cable with ropes. 4 rounds NO rest. Reps to failure

Preacher bench 21s SS with plate loaded dip machine. 4 rounds NO rest. Reps to failure on the dip machine.

    Abs
Decline leg raises SS with decline crunches. 4 or 5 rounds. Quit before I puked.

    Cardio
Elliptical: 10min LISS...that was all I had in me.
