    Pre-workout

    Going to make my own cuz I don't do stims and I'm sick of paying a shit ton of ***** for underdosed blends. Anyways, what do you guys thing about the doses here, they look good? I think these doses are ok, just wanna make sure, or anything else you would add? Trying to stick with studyd compounds that work and effective doses

    L citrulline dl malet 2:1 - 5mg
    Beta alanine - 2.5mg
    Betaine anhydrous - 2.5mg
    Glycerol - 2.5mg
    Taurine - 5mg

    Looks pretty good to me. You might want to consider adding leucine and vitamin b blend. The leucine will help with protein synthesis during the workout and the vitamin b's will provide some necessary energy.

    I take vitamin b separately with my multi, I was going mixing all this with my protein and carbolean (so that would cover the leucine) but in writing this I realized that might screw with the timing as I do my protein/carbolean shake about 1-2hrs before going to the gym, and I should do the pre workout a lot sooner to working out than that. Meh

    Oh you're probably good then man. I wouldnt change anything.
