    Yep did those dual grips in his Creeping Death 2. Had never thought of that but it feels good. Also his Tricep presses on the assisted chin machine are killer.

    After watching some of his stuff today, I'm beginning to get a picture of what you just went though, and wow!!! Bro, I know you've seen some crazy changes in the past 12 weeks. You have to be strong as an OX!!!

    I won't let this turkey win!! It's been so easy just having this big ol bird sitting around, ready for sandwiches and big plates of meat. I've been eating 2 pounds a day probably.

    I honestly am seeing more and more studies done on grip, tempo, and actual reps used. Most of these studies are actually showing very little difference between them when it comes to hypertrophy. What are some vets thoughts on using different grips, tempos, and even using lighter weight (still hitting failure)?

    I don't agree with the studies simply by what I feel. Science shows me differently though.
