    Yesterday was chest and I kept it quick
    Flat bench 5x10
    Incline bench 5x10
    Machine fly 5x20

    I did some tricep extensions between sets to get a nice pump.
    My weight has been going down due to cleaning up on the diet And a messed up tooth . I was 215 this morning.

    Good to hear you've cleaned up the diet but sorry to hear about the tooth. If your dropping now don't change anything else and hold there until you stall, which will be about 4wks time. Then drop out 200-250 cals and go again for 4wks time...its easier than you think to get that diet dialed in. If you need help bro I can lend a hand.

    Alright I went and got my damn tooth fixed yesterday so no more pain but the wallets a whole lot lighter .

    Yesterday did arms
    Ez bar preacher curl
    5 sets of 8 super slow
    Preacher hammer curl 5 sets of 10
    Tri rope extensions 5 sets 15
    Vbar push downs 5 x 10
    Triceps push downs pronates 10 followed by 10 suppanated 5 sets

    Dumbbell kickback until failure superset with standing dB curls five sets



    Today was shoulders
    Smith shoulder press
    5x12
    DB lateral raises 5 sets till failure
    Bent over lateral raises 5 sets 10
    DB front raises 50 lbs till failure than dropped 5 lbs and went again 4 sets
    Finished up on a cable in low position front raises till failure than across the front and than behind the back

    I had my wisdom tooth pulled last month and it made a world of difference to me besides when I thought they broke my jaw but xrays came back negative lol.

    How you feeling with the reduced calories?

    I feel alright with the reduced cals so far strength wise but I am staying pretty hungry and a little grumpy
