55A4F07D-AB5E-4908-876B-CD8E86E0357D.jpg I volunteered to run some bloods for hupharma and bigbusiness . He asked me if I would also run a log and the timing was right so I will be running test 750 a week and eq at 900.the gear arrived today and I pinned 1 ml test and 1 ml eq with a 25g in my vg. First time with mig and so far so good:

I could care less about that as long as what’s inside is good but they may want to correct that as some people really care.

To me personally quality should be all around. First impressions are crucial especially when you put this inside your body

The one that’s upside down cracks me up! I’m with Frank, though. It’s whats inside that counts most.

I love the upside down label.

    Lol. That's funny

On devil's advocate side. The upside down labels might be good for some people. When they have the bottle turned over when filling, they could read the label easier lol. This was if the grabbed the wrong bottle now they can read it quicker Haha

I started my day off with some scrambled eggs and sugar free red bull .
Second meal was some chicken tacos
Lunch about 8oz chicken breast with cup brown rice

Dinner is some frozen salmon fillets four of them 90cal each with brown rice

I worked back and chest today
    5 sets 8 incline bench
5 sets 15 lat pull downs

Superset flat dB bench with dB rows 4 sets 15

Low cable rows 5 sets 10

Incline dB flys 5 sets 15

I did my dreaded 30 minutes on the treadmill just a fast walk with incline pretty damn high. I was drenched in sweat when I was done .

I also just pinned 375 test and 300 eq with no problems in the right glute
