    Good morning big b

    I hit some bis and tris yesterday morning a lot of super sets . I will try out some cardio and some hamstrings today

    I worked hamstrings tonight , this was a first time working them alone . My legs are really lacking and always have been . I saw a big guy the other day do it and to me didn’t look like a lot of volume but his wheels are way bigger than mine so I stole his routine.

    Stiff leg deadlift 5x10
    Seated leg curls 5x15
    Laying leg curls single leg5x15
    Leg press single leg with foot as high as I could put it
    5xfailure one 45 and a 25 each side

    My damn legs are like jello right now I will be splitting up legs from now on one day quads and another hams and let’s see if they will grow for me

    I split my legs days for a long time and now I'm back to just doing them 2x a week. Legs are the hardest thing for me go grow.

    I am glad the holidays are over I am back to work and back hitting the gym hard yesterday did shoulders my favorite body part . Will do arms and cardio today

    I hammered out some arms today getting back at it the holidays have been crazy. The diet has suffered honestly but I am really trying to get back . It has been about 8 weeks and can’t really tell if this eq is doing anything hopefully start feeling the normal endurance and vascular arms and chest but need to fix the food

    I don't know how man but I lost weight through the holidays. Training been all over the place and zero cardio but I'm not complaining about leaning out lol. On a side note you should be feeling EQ by week 8.

    It's the craziest thing man if I'm trying to cut this wouldn't happen but when I'm in a don't give a shit mode and trying to gain lean mass I loose weight lol. I'll just roll with it and see how lean I end up while holding onto the size.

    I skipped weights today and got 30 on the elliptical. Will be nice to cut down to around 200 before april

    I have been doing 30 on elliptical every day and carbs are down to around 20 a day. I will do some back and abs later on .

    I am still at it with the cardio and have been keeping the diet to below 50 carbs a day . I don’t know how you guys can go nocarbs I can go till about 1 and than I get lightheaded and have been eating a spoonful of peanut butter . I hit some chest and 30 elliptical again today

    50g carbs per day...ouch man. How's the fat loss coming along with that and cardio?

    30 on the elliptical

    I was 215 this moring down from 225 after the new year .
