    Overall goal is always lose some fat and stay around the same weight .

    Honestly man to lose fat your gonna have to loose weight. You would be amazed at what a 15lb drop done the correct way would do to your physique.

    Yesterday’s gym consisted of some abs and calves followed by 25 minutes of elliptical.

    Today was arms started with close grip bench and skull crushers 4x15

    Ez bar preacher curls 4x10 slow and controlled
    Seated alternating dB curls 4x10

    I didn’t count but did about 6-7 sets of cable curls superset with tri extensions with rope attachment till failure

    Yeah it’s friday but that only means payday for me this is my fourth week straight without a day off but I’m hoping for Sunday.

    Yes sir I'm aware of those taxes lol. They get us good but at least your getting a bit more..you do not want to be salary like me bro. Working for free is a hard thing to motivate yourself for.

    Well today I finally had a day off of work and was able to sleep in until nine instead of the normal 330-4 and it was much needed .

    Sunday is always leg day

    6 sets of 8 squats
    5sets of 10 stiff leg dead’s
    5 sets 20 leg extensions
    Walking lunges with dumbells 3 sets

    Thursday I pinned 2ml of eq in glute and 1.25 of the test in my left quad . I have not had any pip whatsoever in any spot and I am really sensitive to pip in my baby legs . It has only been a week on this gear so really nothing to report as far as gains or even noticing the gear but bloods won’t lie .

    I do work too much but one more semester until the wife is finished with school and than maybe we can relax some

    Yesterday was chest and I kept it quick
    Flat bench 5x10
    Incline bench 5x10
    Machine fly 5x20

    I did some tricep extensions between sets to get a nice pump.
    My weight has been going down due to cleaning up on the diet And a messed up tooth . I was 215 this morning.

    Good to hear you've cleaned up the diet but sorry to hear about the tooth. If your dropping now don't change anything else and hold there until you stall, which will be about 4wks time. Then drop out 200-250 cals and go again for 4wks time...its easier than you think to get that diet dialed in. If you need help bro I can lend a hand.

    Alright I went and got my damn tooth fixed yesterday so no more pain but the wallets a whole lot lighter .

    Yesterday did arms
    Ez bar preacher curl
    5 sets of 8 super slow
    Preacher hammer curl 5 sets of 10
    Tri rope extensions 5 sets 15
    Vbar push downs 5 x 10
    Triceps push downs pronates 10 followed by 10 suppanated 5 sets

    Dumbbell kickback until failure superset with standing dB curls five sets



    Today was shoulders
    Smith shoulder press
    5x12
    DB lateral raises 5 sets till failure
    Bent over lateral raises 5 sets 10
    DB front raises 50 lbs till failure than dropped 5 lbs and went again 4 sets
    Finished up on a cable in low position front raises till failure than across the front and than behind the back
