    L-Arginine

Just some interesting info for you guys. I started supplementing 2500mg of L-Arginine preworkout. My blood pressure has been normally 120/80 or so and I went in to get a dot physical and it fell to 107/64 !! Amazing. This stuff is definitely staying in my arsenal. Numbers don't lie!

Nattokinase helps to keep my blood pressure well regulated but it doesn't lower it. It just keeps it steady.

I wonder if L-arginine could could lower it then the natto would keep it steady there. Hmm sounds like a good combo

I've been actually supplementing l- arginine as well as potassium and magnesium. All documented for lowering bp.

Just always be careful with potassium. Increasing k+ levels too high is dangerous and can hospitalize/ kill someone.
