    It was good. Being on cruise now Iím just trying to maintain but I feel like i always still have really good workouts because Iím going a little less heavy and allows me to really focus on pulling with my lats. More than any other body part I feel like I have to remind myself and focus each rep so as not to being in my arms too much. When on blast sometimes I think I try to move too much weight and falter a little there using ore arm than I should.
