    Keto Recipes

    Iím going to start up a place to put all the keto friendly recipes I use. Iíll only post the ones that I have tried and like. If anyone else has some theyíve used, post em up!

    I realize not everyone agrees with a ketogenic lifestyle. Thatís cool. Keep your opinions to yourself, please. Iím doing this to help those that need it.

    Keto Pancakes and Syrup

    Makes 5 pancakes and 7 servings of syrup.

    Pancakes:
    - 1/4cup butter (melted). Use real butter (salted sweet cream butter)
    - 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
    - 1/4 cup(2oz) Cream Cheese (softened)
    - 3 eggs
    - 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
    - 1tsp Vanilla
    - 1tsp Baking Powder
    Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

    1/4 cup of batter equals 1 serving(pancake)

    *Per Serving!
    (228 calories)
    Macros:
    Fat=20.1g
    Protein=5.4g
    Carbs=4.4g (2.4g Fiber/1.9g Sugar)


    Syrup:
    - 1/4 cup Sugar free syrup
    - 1tbsp Butter
    - 1tbsp Coconut Oil
    Melt it all together in the microwave.

    1 tablespoon equals 1 serving

    *Per Serving!
    (34 calories)
    Macros:
    Fat=3.6g
    Carbs=0.8g(0.7g Fiber)

    FYI... tsp means teaspoon, tbsp means tablespoon!

    Keto Cookie Dough Bites

    - 8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
    - 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
    - 1/2 cup Homemade Nut Butter (Iíll give you guys this recipe when I calculate the macros for the entire batch of nut butter)
    - 1/3 cup low carb sweetener. I prefer ďMonk Fruit in the RawĒ.
    - 1tsp Vanilla
    - 4oz low carb chocolate chips
    Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Spread the cookie dough out evenly on wax paper. (Donít eat any while youíre doing it or youíll fuck up the macros!) Cut even squares into the dough. These will be your servings!
    Place the wax paper with the cookie dough in the fridge to let cool.

    Serving size is one square.

    *Per Serving!
    120 Calories
    Macros:
    Fat=11.4g
    Protein=1.3g
    Carbs=2.3g (Fiber=0.5g/Sugar=1.3g)

    And how big is each square supposed to be haha thatís an awkward measurement for the cookies shoulda done table spoons lol

    Might help to post the total servings she had then you can calculate total macros and just divide per however many cookies you do.

    I really like both of them. She makes the cookie dough pretty often. Looks like the pancakes will be a staple. The kiddos were big fans!

    The best way would be to weigh the whole batch, then each individual serving. This is what she came up with to be as quick as possible. She made the servings out to be exactly 20 equal pieces. No measuring tape was used lol! Guess I coulda mentioned that but hey, I’ve never written recipes for other people! I’ll do better, Fit

    Not cookies. Cookie dough to be eaten like raw cookie dough. They’d just melt to nothing in the oven.

    No that works. Knowing it makes 20 servings then I can take your per serving and get the total for the whole batch.

    Glad you said not to cook them lol. Cookie dough is better than actual cookies anyway.

    Homemade Nut Butter

    -1 can of mixed nuts
    -3oz of Brazil nuts
    -2oz of extra virgin coconut oil
    Mix in blender until the consistency is smooth. *This must be refrigerated!! There are no preservatives to protect it!

    Makes 13 servings

    Serving size= 1oz
    184 calories
    Macros:
    Fat=17.9g
    Protein= 5.2g
    Carbs= 3.9g (sugar=0.8g/Fiber=2.4g)
