    Bowflex?

    Been thinking about getting a bowflex, read the reviews, kinda iffy about it. Anybody on here ever use one? If so do you recommend it?

    They are OK for some little workouts but definitely doesnt replace the gym. You can almost always find bowflex 's on craigslist for really cheap. Dont buy a brand new one because most folks buy them and never use them. So you can end up getting a brand new one off craigslist.

    Yea I thought about getting one for the days I couldnít make it to the gym. Yea I am glad you told me that cause I was definitely going to try and get one brand new lol. But Iím gonna look for a used one now.

    Be careful buying a used one I was Maximo my shoulder press and cable came loose between my legs and ripped my nuts off. Just something to think about!

    I owned a Bowflex and liked it but back gave it away to my brother in law and the reason why is because back in those days I was more into building mass so as good and solid as the Bowflex was it didn't compare to a real gym. Ironically, these days the Blowflex will fit right into my lifestyle, the Blowflex is great for toning and maintaining muscle IMO.

    Dude,that thing is badass.I see a few motions that are limited or manipulated because of the machine but all in all that mf'er is awesome. Im definitely going look into this. This could save so much space

    Set up in video goes for 2k . Not as expensive as I thought.

    Definitely not that exspensive! And itís like an all in one deal! Great for days when you jus canít make it to the gym.
