    Lower back development

    Was curious what exercises y'all use to really target/develop the lower back.

    Yeah that's what I normally Do but I don't do them as much as I should, the lower back pumps are killer with these exercises lol

    They are real bad with some Adrol lol. I just massage with a foam roller between sets and that's usually enough to give me a small reprieve for the next set

    Yeah I'm on drol now and shit kills me lol don't even get me started on the back pumps from squats feel like a damn 90 year old man that can't stand up straight haha
