Plank, seated row and bridge are helpful in building back muscles. Plank if done with proper positioning of arms and feet, may help in strengthening back muscles. Most back exercises need a certain kind of attention to the posture due to the increase in the chances of injury. Here https://www.aqfsports.com/blogs/news...n-back-muscles you can see list of back exercises and the exact way of doing them. Basic exercises are perfect to be performed in the beginning, after that as the strength increases, you can go for advanced exercises.
