    Re-Introduction:
    This is a continuation of my previous "lean bulking" log. I am currently on Week 7, Day 47 of my bulking cycle. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I've had to cut that cycle short and switch AAS sources. Since this is an emergency, I only have what is available on hand... Unfortunately, I do not have the same exact compounds as I was blasting on hand since I planned to save these for my next cycle. I will be running slightly different compounds.

    Those that have seen my previous logs will know that I am an extremely meticulous person and will log everything in detail. This is so that I can go back at a future date and trace back how I was feeling, what I was doing, and what I was eating to achieve or not achieve certain results. These logs are a tool for not only holding myself accountable, but a journal of how I can improve myself based on experiences I have been through. Sometimes our memory is not always the greatest so having things written down in detail is crucial. Another reason I do this is for complete transparency on what I am taking. We're all just random screen names on a forum with no faces, I have nothing to hide nor lie about. This is my raw experiences.

    Goals:
    I just have one damn goal! Let's get fucking JACKED. Is that too much to ask for?

    In all seriousness, I am looking to lean bulk. I want to sustain a sub 15% BF range while gaining muscle which I think is fairly achievable given the right circumstances.
    Will it be easy? Nope.
    Will it be worth it? Damn right it will be!

    Starting Stats 11/30/2018:
    198 LBS
    6 ft. 0 in.
    26 Years old
    15% Bodyfat DEXA

    Current Stats as of 1/15/2019:
    205lbs
    6 ft. 0 in.
    26 Years old
    14.3% Bodyfat (Estimated with OMRON Handheld unit, More likely 15-16%)

    Old Cycle ( Weeks 1-7 DISCONTINUED )
    Testosterone Enanthate @ 500mgs per weeks 1-7
    Equipoise @ 600mgs per weeks 1-7
    Test E and EQ with be frontloaded for first week / two doses.


    NEW / CURRENT Cycle ( Weeks 8-17 )
    Sustanon @ 600mg week split into 3 doses, Monday Wednesday Friday (200mgs - 0.80 mL ea) Weeks 8-17
    NPP @ 450mg per week split into 3 doses, Monday Wednesday Friday (150mgs - 1.5 mL ea) Weeks 8-17
    DHB @ 450mg per week split into 3 doses, Monday Wednesday Friday (150mgs 1.0mL ea) Weeks 8-17


    ANCILLARIES / OTHER
    HGH @ 2.5 iu's daily upon waking *Could not handle side effects @ 3.33 iu's so reduced to 2.5 iu
    HCG @ 250iu E4D per weeks 3-8 / weeks 12-17
    Aromasin @ 12.5mg EOD (Increased to EOD instead of E3D due to bloodwork done in week 6 showing 50 e2. Now that I will be pinning a bit more, I've decided to dose EOD)
    Caber @ 0.25mg Every Monday Friday

    I'll be doing a modified form of Jim Wendler's 5/3/1. 4 days a week

    MONDAY - Strength Bench / Hypertrophy OHP
    TUES - Strength Squats / Hypertrophy Deadlifts
    WEDS - REST
    THURS - Strength OHP / Hypertrophy Bench
    FRI - Strength Deadlifts / Hypertrophy Squats
    WEEKEND - REST
    For those of you who aren't familiar it's a powerlifting style program with progressive overload and some form of auto-regulation.

    For my programming, it will be 5/3/1, in addition to that I'm adding a 5x5 First Set Last to the day's main compound movement as well as doing a staggered compound movement 5x10 Boring But Bigger along with additional bodybuilding accessory / isolation work. More details of this programming in Jim's books. Essentially it will be a Power-building Strength / Hypertrophy hybrid style of training.

    Spent most of the day figuring out how I'm gonna change things up for the next 10 weeks. All I can say is I'm gonna do my best with what I got. I'm gonna make these next 10 weeks my bitch. I'm not entirely keen with having to extend my cycle an extra week, but I feel like doing 9 weeks just to finish at 16 would leave some extra oil in my vials and I might as well finish it out.

    I looked up that supplement your taking Cissus Q. Looked interesting and not to expensive so ordered a bottle. Thanks for the knowledge.

    Dave's killer Bread is GAF!! I like it better than Ezekiel Bread for sure. Full of fiber, protein and all the right carbs

    It's just the OCD in me, but doing so really bothers me. Health wise, I'm not sure if it's an issue or not. I'm sure 1 or 2 extra weeks wouldn't do too much harm. I'm definitely not extending any longer than that.

    It's helped me with some joint issues I've had in my knee and elbow. I've had been recovering from a slight tennis elbow injury for a few months and I feel like this has definitely aided me in recovery.

    Dave's bread is awesome! I used to hate bread. I'm a rice kind of guy. Bread is now a daily thing for me.

    I've made a change to my compounds once again. Decided to drop my EQ completely and switch to DHB @ 450mgs a week.

    Will start pinning this new cycle next week when I get the DHB in. Hoping it comes in quickly and my blood levels don't get all janky on me.

    So I tried a bunch of different things to lessen the side effects caused by GH. I recently scored a 388 IGF from just 2.5 iu's of these so I'm thinking I'm gonna reduce the dosage to 2.0 iu ED. The sides are hindering me from sleep and work, it's getting a bit annoying to say the least. Gonna see if dropping it will decrease the sides any. I keep myself well hydrated drinking 1-2 gallons of water daily.

    Workout today was pretty brutal. My shoulders were taxed beyond belief and when it got to the hypertrophy bench press burnouts, I couldn't finish my sets. A little disappointing, but I kept pushing through. Today was quite a high volume training day so we'll see how I feel tomorrow.

    GH shouldn't effect sleep negativity in fact it should make you sleep better. What sides are you getting?

    It can effect it negatively on the fact that the CTS can wake you up multiple times a night because your hands hurt. I know this first hand

    Oh I wasn’t thinking along those lines. I was thinking he just has insomnia and made me think NPP could be the issue.
