    Seated cable rows.
    Bent over rows on smith machine.
    Reverse flys pec dec.
    Cable reverse flys.

    Trained shoulders and some incline chest.

    In/Ext shoulder rotations.
    Flyís, hit them from multiple different angles.
    Shoulder dumbbell presses.
    Incline chest dumbbell presses.
    Super set of Lateral raises and Front raises.
    Shrugs.

    Iím going to spend the rest of the day getting some meals prepped and may watch a movie! Chicken will be going in the Instant pot and sweet potatoes baked, keeping it super easy and basic af!

    Morning bro. That instant pot is kick ass for cooking sweet taters too. Hell, we use it for a lot. Jtip sold me on that thing a while back...glad he did. We have an instant pot air fryer now as well. That thing is awesome too. Put healthy food in it and the kids think itís fried shit! Genius!

    JTip and his wife sold me on it a long time ago and Iíve been using it ever since.

    Started with 15 mins of incline treadmill.
    Leg extensions.
    Leg curls.
    Rear squats.
    Leg presses.
    Calves.
    Adductors/Abductors.

    I took a little break for the past few days. I tweaked my back/neck and have been just waiting for it to feel better. I trained legs this morning. Work has been ridiculously busy and worked both yesterday and now today, no days off is going to be the death of me

    15 mins inclined treadmill
    Extensions
    Seating leg curls
    Hack squats
    Leg presses
    Romanian deadlifts
    Calves
