    Training: Arms/Calves/Cardio

    Arms: (super sets)

    Seated machine curls ss/
    Straight bar pushdowns

    DB hammer curls ss/
    Seated machine tricep press

    Preacher curls ss/
    Rope pushdown

    Single arm machine preacher curls ss/
    Single arm cable pushdowns

    Cardio: 20mins incline treadmill. ALL DONE!!

    Meal 1 : 6 eggs & 1 cup of oatmeal
    Meal 2 : 8 oz chicken & 1 cup of rice
    Meal 3 : 8 oz flounder & 1 cup of rice
    Meal 4 (pre workout meal) : 8 oz chicken & 1 cup of rice
    6 oz egg whites, 4 oz milk, and 1 scoop of protein powder after workout.
    Meal 5 : 6 eggs & 8 oz sweet potatoes

    Trained legs/abs/cardio tonight. Iíve been dealing with a few issues lately, mostly my left hip, to the point where it almost makes it unbearable to walk, so tonight I started with warmup sets of adductors & abductors to help loosen my hips up. Then laying leg curls and extensions. Then assisted squat machine & hack squat. Abs, cable twists and hanging leg raises. Finished off with 20 mins of incline cardio!

    I have way too many injuries, most of them are not from working out though. It sucks when you want to lift heavy but Iíve learned that itís not about how much you lift, itís how you lift it.
