    Creatine !!!

Who here uses Creatine as part of their Supplement Stack ?
I think since Day 1 , creatine was one of the Only supplements that I took religiously because everywhere I looked , there was study after study after study on it, and it all came back that Creatine actually works .
I see all these forms of creatine on the market, and it does sound great when a Supplement Company throws out words like Best Creatine , 7 Creatine in One tub , Fastest Acting , Best absorbent , But all those fancy words still donít hide the fact that Creatine Monohydrate is the most studied and Best out.
Now I know dudes that donít use Creatine. Iíve alao heard that Creatine just adds water weight.
Iím my experience , itís added size , yea prob alittle on the water , but with that comes strength which in part gives me more muscle . So I do use Creatine , I believe it works, i can feel a difference when Iím on compared to when Iím off , so my conclusion is that itís a Supplement that everyone should have .
Would like to hear what you guys have to say ???

I know this is an older post, but I also use creatine all the time. Been a fan since it got real popular many years ago. I don't mess with all the fancy modern day creatine variations, I just stick with the tried and true creatine monohydrate. It's one of the most affordable, basic OTC supps that I can honestly say truly works.

I’ve been cycling since circa 1996 when Bill Phillips introduced it into the mainstream with his EAS line.

Man I remember that way back in the day. The good old days.
