    Sorry man and good luck with finding a new gig. I'm in a similar situation being I quit my job and moved away and while I'm getting plenty of offers the starting salary hasn't been good imo. Best of luck to the both of us

    Looks like your E2 dropped significantly from last lab. Do you think that is from the Pharma Asin or different dosing schedule ect?

    It is 25mg and still on same 3 day dosage

    Late update but plan on pulling bloods on 4 iu this week

    Warm up
    Dumbbell
    Front raises
    20lb x20
    25lb x 20
    30lb x 15
    35lb x 12
    40lb x 8

    Raise both arms at same time

    No rest between, just go and increase weight till all you can hit is 8 reps.

    Side raises
    All 10 reps for total of 50 reps per set
    10lb
    15lb
    20lb
    25lb
    30lb

    Did 3 sets then coach said do two fucking more! So 5 total sets 250 reps total

    Rope rear delts
    The whole stack -140
    12 reps last 2 hold for 20 sec
    10 reps last 2 hold for 18 sec

    100lb
    15 no real hold maybe 5 sec last 3
    16 same hold
    15 then got told my elbows werenít high enough and do another set
    14 reps no holds

    111 lb log press
    10 reps
    10 reps
    10 reps
    8 reps
    9 reps
    13 reps till failure

    Donkey calf raises
    200lb x 20x 5 sets

    Seated nautilus leg press calf raises
    310lb x12 3 sets
    350x 9
    350 x 6
    250 till failure no count 1 sec pause

    Quads, calves, hammies

    Leg extension
    50lb x50
    60lb x40
    70lb x30
    80lb x 20
    90lb x10 - with a 5 sec hold each rep
    That is 1 set 150 reps
    5 sets
    First time trying these so figuring out weight and if I need to move up. I will start at 70lb next time and work to 110lb

    Donkey calf raises
    120lb x 20 x 6 sets last set was till failure didnít keep count

    Seated ham curls
    70x30 warm up
    125 x12x5 sets last two sets till failure

    Standing leg curls
    30lb each leg x 35 x 4 sets last set till failure

    Nautilus leg press but used for calves
    The whole stack x 13 reps 3 sets 8 reps x 2 sets

    Now home to eat 12oz of lean skillet beef 2 cups of rice and 2 cups of greens

    222 yesterday
