    Some updates and questions for my people.

    Well, I'm not going to prison. (After paying an attorney $2500 plus court costs all over an item I Accidentally mis-scanned at a self checkout. A 22$ blanket and a 2$ chapstick. My probation officer, the Commonwealth attorney, and county attorney all recommended that my probation NOT be revoked. Very very relieving and I am grateful. I'm keeping my job. And the reversible androgenic steroid induced cardiomyopathy, once looked at by a specialist was deemed to be very mild and potentially reversible within months as some on here had suggested. I was put on a heart medication (Carvediol) an anxiety medication (busiprone), trt (Cypionate) at gradually reducing doseages from 200/mo to 150, to 100, and maybe 50 idk. As well as anastrozole 3xw/1mo, 2xw/1mo and 1xw/1mo.

    I haven't lost muchnif any strength. Diet still good. Still going nhard in the gym. Thinking about getting a back in some jiu jitsu and Muay Thai for cardio and just to get back into it again. (3 years Jiu) (1year Muay thai) previous experience. 1 yr krav maga as well but that is no longer an option around here.

    Also planning to place an order soon for future use after all this stuff settles down. I was wondering what you guys would recommend that is perhaps as easy on the ole ticker as possible. I'm all about lean mass, being strong as fuck, and athleticism. Chisled from the gods type shit. (I know, not asking much right!) Any suggestions? I plan on doing it right this next time in the future instead of going too hard for too long. Learned my lesson there. I'd like to do the impossible and gain size and strength, while also leaning out and looking pretty damn shredded. I have to place a couple ordered anyway so I figured I'd go ahead and stock up while the money is right.
    I'm all about helpful and respectful posts as most of you know. I'll take any advice and I'm not sensitive. Feel free to shoot me straight. As I've said before as well, "don't be a dumbass, don't do anything. You're gana kill yourself, are you an idiot...etc.". don't move me too much. Those of you whom I have spoken to before and have respect for alreayd know that so disregard. Anyway. What ya got for me boys? Hope all is well with everyone!

    Why not stay on trt doses for a couple of months? Give your CNS a break. Come back fresh.

    No doubt about that. I'm going to stay on the trt dose for as long as the Dr is prescribing the test which I think is like 3-4 more months. I was just going to stock up for a future cycle while I have the extra cash. Any advice on what you would go with that's easier on the heart but still helps to accomplish my goals? Or is is less about what I take and more about taking it intelligently? There's lots of things I haven't tried. I've mainly hit the test and then hard and some deca. Tried superdrol as well.

    You've got a history of relying on meds/AAS to achieve your goals. After everything you've been through I highly advise you take the time to learn how to properly set up your nutrition and stop relying to much on PEDS and AAS. That's only a small part of it. We've talked before and you definitely need a grasp on nutrition and how to plan for different goals. TRT and Nutrition should be the name of your game man.

    ~3000 Cal per day, 250+ gs of protein, ~100 gs fat, ~150gs carbs. No sweets. No sodas. Lost 75lbs in 2 yes and tuned it all to muscle. About 10% body fat. 6 pack first time tin my life. Stronger than I've ever been. In addition to that I work 12 hour Midnight's at the best job I've ever had nearly every day. A little bit of hard work, motivation, and dedication went into those goals as well I get it in in the gym nearly every day. I go hard at life in general. I work hard, play hard, and juice hard. That said I do need to learn more and better myself in all aspects. More knowledge, work a little harder every day. 1 more rep. 1 more lb. 1 more set. That's my goal. Every day. Just got done sparring and rolling with a cage fighter from my town. He's helping me improve my stand up and I'm helping him improve his ground game. But as usual... Ill and berserker, I do value your input and genuineness. Still gana stock up though . So.... Any suggestions...
