    Dadbod's 3 1/2 weeks to get fit for the beach

    We leave for Daytona in 3 1/2 weeks. All-stars are done and her spinal cord stimulator trial is done so we have no more excuses. I'm running 250mg test c/wk and 50mg Var/day. She's doing 15mg var/day and 3iu HGH/nightly. All gear is from Chrisroids. We got it before they came here.
    We hit legs pretty hard tonight. I can tell it's been a couple weeks since we hit the gym. Chest tomorrow.

    Way to start a log man..3 1/2 weeks isn’t very long though so hopefully you are just looking to shed a little lol good luck man

    Tried 8 weeks but my son was in all-stars and Mrs mombod had a spinal cord stimulator trial and we/she couldn't do anything. Just wanna shed 10-15 lbs. It's alot but I'm 260lbs. Just gotta eat right.

    Short time frame bro and most of what you'll loose will be water. I would suggest going low carb or Keto if your looking to drop that much that fast.

    Sorry been busy. Program calls for Saturday and Sunday as off days. Got a little cardio in playing with the kids in the yard. Tonight is supposed to be shoulders. Gonna try but I'm having a hard time lifting my left arm to the side. Threw a baseball too hard with my son. Better today but still sore. On Monday I did one rep of 225 on incline. Previous best was 185 so that is a plus. I'm gonna give it a go tonight but if there's too much pain I'll cardio it up...

    It's bothered me for years. I just deal with it. Throwing if I don't warm up enough flares it up pretty bad. Gonna take tonight off and push workouts back a day. I'm off Saturday so it'll workout for the best.

    If you want ti add a fat burner I would recommend albueterol. It's a cheap addition that can get quick and shed a little weight faster

    Haven't been able to go workout. I think I messedy shoulder up pretty bad. Gonna call a Dr today and see if I can get in

    Your gonna need an MRI to see what's really going on bro. I has some success with PRP/Stem cell shots to repair a labrum and rotator tear if it comes to that.
