    Jtip's AA Comeback Log!!

    First off want to say thanks to AA for allowing me a chance to try out their brand and the opportunity to log for them. I've also turned some of my winnings into product for my wife so that she can log as well and AA gets a 2 for 1 out of this. I will be logging as I normally do and I'll be keeping both logs running, the only difference will be I'll start posting up pics every 2wks to show progress that's being made like I use to.

    Now for those that do not know, in April of this year I was mid cut and ended up with a hernia and had to have emergency surgery. This put me out of the gym for 9wks and during this time we were also in the process of relocating to the Sunshine state so lots of things going on and I let my diet go to hell. I gained quite a bit of fat and shot up over 220lbs in a bad way really fast. About a month ago I started training again, very lightly and have progressed to the point I'm getting respectable workouts in now so figured it was time to give it a run again. I have been on TRT only and been dialing in the diet for the past 2-3wks, I started the diet at 216lbs and as of today I am 209lbs so the diet is where it needs to be right now. The goal is to cut back down to 200lbs while maintain as much lean mass as possible, then adding a bit of food back in to see if I can add a few lbs of lean mass.

    Cycle will last about 16wks or longer, and the layout is:

    500mgs test wk
    800mgs EQ wk

    Stat's are:

    41yrs old
    5'10"
    209lbs and my guess 18% body fat right now.

    Orals will be added once I get down to 200lbs then I'll add Adrol and Winny at a 50/50 split per day.

    Goals as I stated above are to drop some body fat and then start to add back some lean mass so we can call this a recomp. I'll get some starting pics up today or tomorrow and get this thing rolling. I'll also be doing bloods in about a month or so and then again towards the end of the cycle. Thanks again to AA for allowing me this opportunity.


    Training will generally look like this and days of the week will vary:

    Arms/Shoulders/cardio
    Legs/Abs
    OFF/or Cardio only (depends on progress)
    Back/Rear Delts/Cardio
    Chest/Shoulders/Cardio
    Legs/Abs
    OFF/or Cardio only (depends on progress)

    Diet: (most important part)

    2100ish cals

    Pro-260
    Carb-100ish
    Fats-70

    Back to respectable is the goal....long as I can stay healthy lol. Last 2 years or so have been a nightmare for injuries.

    Just as an update, there is zero PIP after yesterdays pin, in fact I cannot tell where I pinned. This morning is legs and abs and I'll get a pic up. We have also not had a cheat meal in 21 days so today we will incorporate a clean cheat but will have higher cals and carbs today, likely Texas Road House something like that. After this cheat we will start adding them every 10-14 days and maybe a little more fun like Ihop or pizza and ice cream...along those lines.

    That bottom sentence looks like Achilles87’s cut diet! Except it’s more like everyday for 10-14 weeks! Lmfao!

    Seated hamstring curls
    Leg press
    Squats
    Straight leg dead lifts
    Single leg extensions
    Calf raise (5x20)

    Abs: (4 round super set)

    Weighed sit ups
    Weighted torso twist machine

    I'll get some cardio in later and some kinda cheat meal.

    Thank man but I think I look bad. I do use sunblock religiously here with this sun. I donít wanna look like an old dried up piece of jerky like a lot of folks down here


    I am going on a beach walk in about an hr though

    Thanks big homie but Iím not at all happy with my current look. Iím the only guy that moves to the beach and looses all my abs lol.
