    BC link wont work i will just piggy back on this topic and share a exercise that i have been doing that really has been working long and medial head of my triceps well despite a delicate shoulder which sometimes acts up with different wrist position and or bar exercises.

    Set and adjustable bench to nearly 75% incline angle. Grab two dumbells and hold them *palms up* with the dumbells touching each other (slightly but consistently pushed together) i slide a little higher up the bench so that my butt (is not on seat) SO that i can have the freedom of range of motion to lower these dumbells (with palms up positioning) ALL the way for a DEEP stretch as long as i keep shoulders retracted and elbows back throughout the motion my triceps really pop on the lower and back parts and my shoulders are usually fine (sometimes i superset this with a light horizonal row or reverse fly to keep some blood in my rear delts and easier to keep shoulders back and down). I know that if i switch my hand positioning to palms facing each other and change nothing else...my shoulder isn't so great ...

    1. Barbell Curl.
    2. Triceps Pushdown.
    3. Cable Rope Overhead Triceps Extension.
    4. Palms-Down Wrist Curl Over A Bench.
    5. Standing Biceps Cable Curl.
