    BigB's Narcissistic Log

    Time for BigB to step and get in on the log section. I'm seriously thinking about competing in a local show that's a national qualifier and I'm going to need help from the M&S family to keep me grounded and accountable for my training and diet. The show in question is Memorial day weekend that gives me 6 month to prepare. My plan is to hire a diet diet/prep coach 16 weeks out from the show.

    This will be my first show @39 YO. I'm about 6'4 sitting at 238lbs and about 12%bf. Will post some pictures here this weekend. Right now macros are 300p, 400c, 100f, which puts me around 3600 calories. This will all change in the coming weeks. Any and all critiquing and advice would help out tremendously. I also know nothing of types of tanning and sprays and toners. I also have no experience with diuretics and basically ignorant of almost all knowledge of peak weak, carb loading prior to show and hydration pre show. I've been trying to soak in as much info as possible but I run into conflicting opinions. Anyways thank you for reading. Let's get this party started!!

    Thanks for the follow bro. I have some extra bottles of my TRT Test Cyp/Prop blend I'll run 500mg a week plus
    300mg of Tren E for the first 8 weeks
    600mg of Primo
    600mg of EQ
    And Tren ace/ Mast prop blend the last 10 to 12 weeks at 300mg each
    Some Superdrol here and there
    3ius of GH
    1mg to 1.5 mg of arimidex

    BigB, I will be following. Thats awesome taking the next big step! Yeah definitely plan out ahead of time and try to hire a coach. I made my mistakes on my first. I also will be competing 4-6months down the road. Was gonna try one more before end of year but not too many local. Prep well and coach would be key and practice practice posing! Very important. I just hired a coach for my next prep

    Actually I've been procrastinating on updating my log. Gathering for my cycle, trying to find a coach and everyday life has kept me pretty busy. I'll be stating my cycle this weekend and have already started my 6 week recomp diet. It's as follows

    Meal 1
    8oz egg whites, 2 scoops protein with almond milk, 1 apple
    Meal 2
    8oz turkey 1/2 cup spinach 5 rice cakes
    2 Tbsp almond butter
    Meal 3
    8oz chicken 3/4 cup jasmine rice
    3oz avocado
    Meal 4
    8oz egg whites, 2 scoops protein 1 apple
    Meal 5
    8oz lean ground beef, 3/4 cup quinoa 1/2 cup grapes
    Meal 6
    8oz Turkey 1/2cup salsa 1/2 cup spinach 1Tbsp avocado oil
