    Yesterday was a high volume leg day and I did The German Volume Squat Training program which consist of 2 warmup sets of 10 reps @ 225lbs followed by 10 sets of 10 reps with 2 mins of rest in between sets. So your basically doing 100 working reps in 22 minutes. These are brutal!!

    Followed by 6 sets leg presses with 9 plates on each side.

    Wieght is setting steady at 239 with 16 weeks left to go and I'm really starting to feel the pressure

    Good morning Muscle and Science. Woke up at 240lbs this morning and I'm 16 weeks pre-contest. Time to start dialing in my cardio. Tomorrow I start going to the gym for 30 min cardio in the morning then my weight training in the evenings while keeping my current diet the same this week. We are currently on a week to week assessment from here on out. Going to pay for my NPC card next month and pay the registration fee for the contest. The girlfriend got me a gift card for an all out haircut and style, shave, exfoliating scrub and message and spray tan from the beauty salon the day before the show (definitely looking forward to that!!) And in 2 weeks I got a appt to look at some posing trunks from a local lady that makes suits for competitors. I'm really starting to feel the pressure but it's time to rock with the cock that I got and man up, concentrate on eating my food and not to slack on my training

    Friday High Day Back and Bi day. Progress photos coming this weekend. Weight is chilling at 240lbs. New diet started monday looks a lil something like this

    2scoops protien w/almond milk and Tbsp PB, 8oz egg whites, 1 apple

    10oz chicken, 1 cup spinach, 1tbsp MCT

    11oz Turkey, 1/2 cup of quinoa, 3 rice cakes w/sugarfree jelly, 1/4 cup grapes

    2scoops protien with 1/2 cup oatmeal and 1tbsp PB

    1cup lowfat sugar free greek yogurt, tbsp PB and 1 apple all mixed together

    Iíve been missing meals too. Didnít train much so the loss of cals should be fine.
