    1 arm DB low row 3x10 (back n forth nonstop)

    SS: plate shrugs w/ pull-ups UH 1x15/6, 1x12/6

    Itís going good. Today was 3 weeks post op. I have 3 more PT sessions this week, then Iíll be done with those, but donít think they will let me return to work for another 2 weeks. They expected me to be out up to 12 weeks. But they see the progress and Iíve been making the case for the 5 week mark (fingers crossed).
    Iím bored as hell cuz.

    Not as of yet. Both yesterday and today I had both PT and a gym session. My last PT visit is Friday. I'll still be doing the exercises at home though.
