    Yessir, up top were almost there. Lower body will be a bit more challenging, but training it twice a week is definitely helping.

    Seems to be holding up well. Back on my feet most of the day at work, and training legs twice a week hasn’t been an issue. I’m still not in a great place mobility wise but that’s on me. I tend to prioritize strength over mobility work.
