    No training yesterday, auditor showed up at work so had to go in.

    Some chest & triceps tonight.
    Smith incline2 press (1x15, 1x10) 2x8, rp 1x6/2, 1x8/3, 1x8/4, 1x12/7
    Standing cable crossovers high 1x15, 2x12
    Weighted Dips 1x16, ds 1x10/10, 1x9/8
    Rope pushdowns rest pause 1x10/6, 1x10/7, 1x12/8
    1 arm Dhandle pushdowns UH 1x8, 1x9, 1x10
    Pick Up Something Heavy
