    Cable low row neutral 1x12, 1x10, rp 1x7/4, 1x9/5
    1 arm DB row 3x8
    Supported KB high row 3x10
    SS: DB shrugs w/ Ezbar upright row 3x10/10
    Reverse Pec Dec 3x10
    SS: Rope pushdowns w/ straight bar cable curls 4x10/10 nonstop
    SS: Reverse grip pushdowns w/ rope hammer curls 3x15/10

    Gonna try for some kind of session tomorrow.

    Seated rear delt flyes 1x20, 3x15
    Seated DB shoulder press 1x15, 3x12
    Incline DB press 1x15, 5x10
    Wide grip bench press 3x15
    BW dips 3x8
    DB shrugs 3x20
    Standing DB side laterals 4x12

    Sheís still not feeling great but had to go to school. Weíve already had her at the doctors so itís not strep or anything too serious. Just a bad ass cold that wonít go away.
