    Machine shoulder press neutral 1x20, 1x15, 3x10
    SS: Seated DB side laterals w/ heavy partials 3x20/10
    Rear delt cable flyes 3x12

    So far, Iíve found that by letting them decide to do it is best. And not trying to make them. So far the two oldest have caught on, but not the youngest.

    My oldest is almost 11 and she seems interested. The youngest couldnít give less of a shit. Time will tell. I agree, Push. We donít force anything on them. Now, there is shit they arenít allowed to eat and drink, but we encourage healthy choices and exercise.
